$80,000 plus Super |   Beautiful Martin Place Location | Small Friendly Team Join Leading Edge Energy, a fast-growing energy advisory and procurement business helping Australian companies save money and achieve smarter energy outcomes. We’re looking for a Client Service Manager to deliver exceptional client support and coordination throughout the energy contract lifecycle — from onboarding to renewals. You’ll ensure clients feel informed, valued, and supported.  What You’ll Do: Coordinate client onboarding and ensure smooth transitions into service. Manage reporting and deliverables – invoice checks, network tariff reviews, and impact reports. Provide support to a small team based offshore.  Handle client inquiries professionally, ensuring prompt, accurate resolutions. Maintain accurate CRM records to ensure transparency and accountability. What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to influence and guide clients effectively. Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and follow-through. Customer service or account coordination experience (energy sector experience ideal but not required). Confident with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. A proactive, professional attitude and a genuine interest in learning and growth. Why Join Us: Collaborative and supportive culture based in Sydney, CBD. Full-time position with the opportunity to lead a small team.
