Managing and retaining relationships with existing clientsAnalyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services recruiting, training, and guiding business development staff.Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.Prepare and submit proposals for ERP products Giving demonstrations of product to prospective clients Negotiating with stakeholders Up-to-date with business trends Drafting and reviewing contractMeeting targets assigned by managementInforming product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.Executing marketing policies set by managementWorking closely with management and reporting on successes and areas needing improvementAnalyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.Payment CollectionsRequired Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesAnalyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services recruiting, training, and guiding business development staff. Determines annual and gross profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions. Should have strong analytical skill and interpersonal skillShould be proficient in computer skills (Email, Internet, Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint etc.) Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.Should be able to work on deadlines and bring result on timeConflict resolution The ability to self-motivate and motivate a teamExperience working to and exceeding targetsExcellent communication skillsExcellent convincing skillsAbility to lead high level meetings Ability to lead a teamService orientedBusiness orientedEducation LevelShould be BBS, BBA, BIMExperience RequiredBike and license Mandatory
