Finance and Accounts Manager

About The RoleWe are looking for a finance professional to lead and manage the Finance & Accounting function. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, compliant tax and regulatory filings, effective cash flow management, and strategic financial planning to support overall business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee month-end and year-end closing activities.Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and management reports.Coordinate statutory and internal audits; ensure tax and regulatory compliance.Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.Allocate tasks and review outputs for accuracy and timeliness.RequirementsCA/ACCA with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience.Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.Experience working with ERP systems.
