We are looking for a skilled Sales MIS Officer who will be responsible for collecting, managing, and analyzing data to support business decision-making. The role ensures data accuracy, reliable reporting, strategic insights, and continuous improvement of MIS and information systems across the organization.Job ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions while ensuring accuracy, integrity, and reliability across all systems.Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports for concerned departments, providing insights and recommendations for strategic planning, operational improvement, and performance management.Work closely with department heads to improve data feeding processes and ensure strong mechanisms for authentic and accurate data.Generate and share monthly departmental targets and prepare periodic target vs. achievement reports.Maintain updated data across all applicable systems to ensure reports can be extracted whenever required.Consult with the supervisor before sharing or feeding information to VECV or any other stakeholders.Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and improve the efficiency of information systems; implement best practices and new technologies to enhance MIS capability.Collaborate with the IT & ERP team to design, develop, and implement new MIS solutions and system enhancements; support system testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.Ensure data safety, confidentiality, and compliance with all applicable policies.Job SpecificationsMaster’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.Fluent in English and Nepali (both written and spoken).Excellent computer skills; must be IT-friendly and comfortable with digital systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
