The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth. Daily tasks include prospecting, conducting outreach to potential clients, delivering product presentations, and contributing to the company’s overall business strategy. The selected candidate will be instrumental in expanding Guestway’s client base and increasing market presence.QualificationsStrong skills in relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal interactionsExperience in prospecting, lead generation, and delivering product presentationsUnderstanding of sales and marketing strategies, including CRM tools and market researchAbility to analyze market trends and provide insights to support business decisionsProficiency in time management and working independently while meeting targetsExperience in the hospitality, SaaS, or technology sectors is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is a plusFluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
