ContextAt Degroof Petercam Private Banking, expertise is at the service of our clients. Within the Client Center, we provide technical and administrative support to all Private Banking clients, and offer investment solutions for Mass Affluent clients. In addition to efficient digital tools, we attach great importance to human contact.To support our ambitions, we are looking for a Client Center Officer Officer to join our Brussels-based team remotely supporting the clientele of the bank.Your positionYou are part of a team, servicing Private Banking and Mass Affluent clients. In this role, interactions with clients are mainly remote: by email, phone or video call.As a key member of the team, you assist in supporting the digital Execution Only & Mass Affluent business and share your knowledge and expertise with other colleagues in the team.You ensure the best user experience on our digital platforms for both internal and external stakeholders by providing first class support (mail, phone, infosessions) and further support the digital transition by participating in new projects:handling of technical bugs and liaise with ITroot cause identification in case of technical issuestesting in case of new releases / system updatesYour main mission is to provide a high-quality service to clients: you are responsible for monitoring and developing the customer relationship by analyzing customers' questions and wishes and propose solutions in commercial, administrative, regulatory, and transactional matters. You facilitate upselling towards the Private Banking activity or within the mass affluent segment.You provide support in complying with regulatory obligations, as well as with administrative tasks in the context of these customer relations. You scrupulously comply with the Bank's external regulations and procedures applicable to the position.You act as an ambassador to familiarize customers with digital investment solutions and remote communication channels and play an active role in digitization projects. Your profileYou have a bachelor degree and/or several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a client facing role.You are fluent in French and/or Dutch (minimum level of the other language). Knowledge of English is an asset. You have a keen interest in digital solutions and tools, experience in using customer relationship management systems is a plus.You have a basic knowledge of financial markets and products and are interested in them.You are communicative and rigorous on administrative level, have strong servicing and interpersonal skills and can build lasting relationships within a defined framework.You are client oriented, take initiative and like to suggest improvements.You are a teamplayer, entrepreneurial and results oriented.
