We are a fast-growing startup looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to focus on generating high-quality leads and driving customer acquisition across multiple channels.RoleGenerate new business opportunities and build lasting relationships to drive growth for Frala.ai. Key metrics: new client acquisition, partnership development, and revenue growth.Responsibilitiesidentify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets (US, Western Europe, etc.);build and manage relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders;develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and establish Frala.ai as a leader in AI collaboration tools;negotiate contracts and close deals to ensure business growth;collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts and maximize results.Qualification Criteria2+ years of experience in business development or sales within the B2B sector;Experience in the US and/or Western European markets;Requirementsstrong understanding of AI technology and its applications in business;proven track record of closing deals and developing long-term business relationships;excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment;What We Offercompetitive salary with performance-based bonuses;flexible working hours;opportunities for professional growth and development in a cutting-edge AI-driven company.
