Linde Gas ASSales Development Manager and Account ExecutiveTallinn, Estonia (req26129)What You Will Enjoy DoingYou will proactively research and identify new business opportunities in the market using customer insights and third-party data and generate and close new sales opportunities with existing and prospective customersAdditionally you will conduct outreach through Salesforce, calls, emails, and customer visits to create sales leads and opportunities and to assess customer needs and recommend suitable products, services, or solutionsFurthermore you will build and nurture long-term, trusting relationships with customers to secure and qualify sales opportunitiesOn a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis you will prepare and report sales performance to the sales manager Introduce and implement new technologies and applications to drive business valueYou are expected to maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, services, applications, and enhance expertise in customer purchasing behaviorNegotiate sales terms, agreements, and successfully close deals, including preparing formal proposal documents for bidding processesWhat Makes You GreatYou have minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, working with large accounts and preferably technical or chemical products and obtain a degree or diploma in business, technical, chemistry or engineering fieldFluency in written and verbal Estonian and English is mandatoryYou are good at negotiation, presentation, and communicationYou have passion for growth, achieving results, winning new business, and maximizing customer value and at the same time you have resilience and perseverance in overcoming challenges and handling rejectionsYou are forward-thinking, adaptable to change, and open to innovationAdditionally you have competence in financial basics and working with dataFurthermore you are comfortable using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to monitor and generate sales opportunities (Salesforce experience preferred) and MS Office toolsYou have a driver's licenceWhy you will love working with usAt Linde you will be surrounded by knowledgeable people who love what they do.
