Your role is not just to book a meeting, but to qualify the lead so deeply that the final contract is nearly inevitable. Your success will be measured by the revenue you generate, not the volume of calls/meetings.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Analysis: Conduct deep research on target US accounts (mid-market/enterprise) to identify critical pain points, enabling the creation of a nearly guaranteed path to a closed deal.Hyper-Personalization & Qualification: Develop and execute highly relevant outreach (Email, LinkedIn, Video, Call) targeting C-Level, VP, and Director-level executives.Goal: Drive the pipeline that leads directly to new Closed-Won Contracts - your compensation is tied to the final signature.Collaboration: Work closely with the Project/Account Manager to ensure seamless pilot execution.What We RequireExperience: Minimum 1+ year of proven success as an SDR, BDR, or Lead Generation Specialist in a B2B SaaS environment.Market Focus: Demonstrated experience targeting and communicating with executives in the United States.Language: Exceptional, business-fluent English.Core Skill: Elite Research and Analytical Skills.
