Customer Manager / Customer Management Specialist (B2B, Pharma / CDMO)Location: Tartu, EstoniaType: Full-time, On-siteAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Customer Management Specialist to join our sales and business development team. The scope of your responsibilities will depend on your previous experience and level of independence.If you are at an early stage in your career, you will support senior customer managers on ongoing international B2B projects — coordinating technical and commercial activities, learning the specifics of chemical manufacturing and the CDMO sector, and gradually growing into a fully independent customer manager.If you are an experienced candidate, you will take ownership of customer relationships from day one — managing projects end-to-end, nurturing key accounts, and driving new business opportunities to support our commercial growth.This is a great opportunity to build deep industry knowledge, develop strategic sales skills, and work at the intersection of science, technology, and international business.Your Key ResponsibilitiesDepending on your experience level, your role may include:Customer & Project ManagementCoordinate and manage international B2B customer projectsMaintain and expand long-term customer relationshipsSupport new cooperation discussions and proposal preparationTechnical & Administrative CoordinationHandle project documentation, contracts, deliveries, and invoicingPrepare quotations, project budgets, and commercial documentsTrack and analyze project-related dataCommunication & CollaborationServe as a primary point of contact for customers — written and verbalWork closely with production, quality, and sales teamsProvide updates, anticipate issues, and ensure smooth project executionData, Marketing & SupportMaintain customer and project information in internal systemsPrepare reports and analyses for the sales teamContribute to marketing activities (news, website, social media)You’re a Great Fit If YouHave 2+ years of B2B sales or customer management experienceHold a university degree (science / chemistry background is a strong advantage)Communicate confidently in English (verbal & written)Enjoy building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional serviceAre analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbersHave experience using CRM or project management systemsCan manage priorities, stay organized, and perform well under pressureAre proactive, responsible, and committed to following throughIt’s a Plus If YouHave experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or CDMO industryUnderstand regulated manufacturing environmentsHave worked in an international or cross-functional team environmentAre curious about science-driven business and innovationWhy Join UsWork with global customers in a fast-growing industryBe part of a professional, supportive, and ambitious teamDevelop your commercial and industry expertise in the CDMO sectorGrow into a senior customer-facing role with real customer account ownership and impactHow to ApplyIf this sounds like your next step, we’d love to hear from you!Please send your CV and a short motivation note via LinkedIn or to cv@tbdpharmatech.com
