Business Development Specialist

Job PurposeTo support the implementation of corporate products as part of new initiatives and enhance existing products and process under the digital and conventional channel, ensuring the feasibility of digital banking experiences for customers.LocationHead Office (01 Post).Major Areas of ResponsibilityPrepare end-to-end workflows, processes, instructions, and documentation on proposed enhancements or developments.Execute and closely monitor the day-to-day implementation of projects in the channels, including drafting requirements, performing UAT testing, and live check of the solution before introducing it to the sales channel.Control and monitor projects being implemented to ensure that they can be launched on time as planned.Work with related stakeholders to set up a common goal for change implementation, ensuring proper consultation for alignment of resources, expectations, and anticipating/adjusting for change.Ensure proper planning for product support, training, and cascading of information to stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in the fields of Banking, Finance, Business Management.Minimum one year of working experience in Banking sector preferably in Branch Operation Management, Product Management, or Channel Management with one year in management of electronic channel.Interesting and enthusiastic in managing electronic banking.Well-versed with banking digital product.Have some understanding of conventional products.Quality of self-starter.Possess strong leadership Skill, people management Skills, and problem-solving skills.Experience in leading Banking Projects and Management of frontend project and project management tools (advantage).Other competencies including ability to navigate, engage, translate, and impact.
