🚀 Business Development Specialist – BPO (Contact Center)Location: Cairo, EgyptEmployment Type: Full-time | On-siteAbout the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Specialist to act as the main point of contact between Atheel CX and our clients. You will manage communication, handle client needs end-to-end, and ensure an exceptional client experience throughout the partnership. This role involves relationship management, contracts & proposals coordination, and supporting business growth initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementServe as the primary liaison for assigned clients.Build and maintain strong, trust-based, long-term relationships.Client Feedback & InsightsCollect and monitor feedback through calls, surveys, and digital channels.Analyze trends and present actionable insights to enhance client satisfaction.Issue Resolution & SupportHandle client inquiries and escalations professionally and promptly.Support onboarding and implementation for new clients.Contracts, Proposals & CoordinationCoordinate with procurement and legal for contracts and tenders.Prepare and submit proposals according to client requirements.Handover finalized agreements to the Project Manager for internal/external kick-off.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Operations, HR, Training, and Quality to ensure service delivery meets client expectations and SLAs.Performance Tracking & ReportingTrack and report on client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.Present performance updates, risks, and opportunities to management.Continuous ImprovementIdentify areas of improvement across the client journey.Suggest upselling/cross-selling opportunities to support business growth.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Customer Experience (preferably in BPO/contact center).Familiarity with contracts, proposals, and tender processes (a plus).Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Analytical mindset with excellent reporting and presentation skills.Proven experience working cross-functionally (Operations, HR, Training, Quality).Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Fluency in English (written & spoken).Preferred QualificationsExperience in the contact center/BPO industry.Knowledge of CX frameworks (NPS, CSAT, Client Journey Mapping).📩 How to Apply Send your resume to WhatsApp: 01501969794 Please mention: Business Development Specialist – BPO
