Position Title: Business & Digital Product ConsultantLocation: Budapest, HungaryRole Overview: We are looking for a Business & Digital Product Consultant who can bridge strategic thinking and digital delivery. In this medior-level role, you will contribute to the design and management of consulting projects, develop concepts for data-based decision-making systems, and oversee aspects of digital product development within both client and internal initiatives. You will work closely with senior consultants who provide strategic guidance and supervision, while you take operational ownership of specific workstreams — leading coordination, maintaining quality, and ensuring impact.Key responsibilities include:Contribute to end-to-end consulting projects from discovery to delivery, balancing business and technical perspectives.Lead defined workstreams under senior supervision, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.Translate complex data and insights into actionable strategies and product concepts.Oversee digital product development as a product owner, coordinating cross-functional teams.Facilitate client communication, workshops, and presentations to co-create and validate solutions.Candidate Profile: We are looking for a professional with:3–5 years in business consulting, digital product management, or data-driven strategy.Strong data literacy — able to interpret and validate datasets to inform decisions.Proven ability to coordinate small teams and manage multi-stakeholder workstreams.Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hungarian and English.Ability to understand and make informed decisions about product architecture, integrations, and technical execution steps.Works effectively under senior supervision, managing own deliverables with autonomy.Background in business, economics, or technology-related fields.Why Solutions Lab?At Solutions Lab, you’ll join a multidisciplinary team designing the future of learning and data-driven innovation.
