NN Insurance Hungary is looking for a talented professional to join NN Hungary’s team as a Product Owner. In this position, you will be responsible for maximizing the value delivered by your team and be a contributing pillar of our Digital Transformation.Responsibilities:Translates the NN Digital Transformation’s strategy and vision to squad-level;The scope of the team is building business processes from sales initiation to product selection;Participate in meetings, refinements etc.;Defines squad level KPI’s;Responsible to define competency requirements to deliver squad goals;Define sprint goals, sets the target for each iteration;In collaboration with the Squad and other stakeholders creates and maintains short-, mid-, and long-term plans;Ensures plans are always up-to-date based on the latest status of progress delivery;Collect and prioritize Backlog items which define priorities of daily tasks of squad members;Understands and clarifies customer needs;Defines, creates user stories;Keeps the backlog clean and ensures the high quality of the Product Backlog;Together with the squad refines and improves User Stories.What matters to us:University or College degree;At least 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Project Manager;Experience with Users and Customers facing application;Knowledge of analytical skills and prioritization methodologies;Fluency in English is a must;Knowledge of agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban);Structured thinking;Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Advantages:Good understanding of the Insurance/Finance market;International projects participation or management.What matters to you:Work in an eco-friendly open office built in 2020 and nominated for the "Office of the Year" award;In 2025, NN Insurance received the Top Employer certification for the seventh time;Becoming part of a flexible, supportive and agile team;Be a corner stone in the digital transformation strategy and future of the company;Working in close and constant relationships with our Salesforce and Data/AI squads;Average 1-2 office days per week, with possible ad-hoc deviations;After probationary period, in addition to basic salary: cafeteria, health insurance, NN group life and accident insurance, and possible annual performance-related bonus;Personal development and support programs;Active Well-being support, health awareness presentations and training;Family-friendly approach, because we put family first;Volunteer weeks, because giving back is important;Active sports life and variety of micro communities.Required for application:In case you are interested in our advertisement, we welcome your application via our Career Portal by attaching your CV, after which we will contact you shortly.
