It Serves as the organizational control tower for processes and tools, ensuring workflows are streamlined, documented, and aligned across Global Supply Chain, Sourcing, Business Development, and R&D organizations to drive clarity, efficiency, and continuous improvement.What a typical day looks like:Utilize Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) techniques, initiate process improvements, cycle time reductions, cost reductions and other activities aimed at reducing/eliminating non-value-added activities in the process.Work to ensure policy are created and optimized to support supply chain, sourcing and global procurement organizations activities across all geographies for PowerServe as the control tower for reporting and driving actions to improve supply chain and sourcing related KPIs (Asest Velocity, ITO, Material Margin)Leading successfully small to medium-sized projects with cross-functional teams from initiation to completion in a fast-moving environment.Responsible for designing and delivering executive-level presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.Collaborate with Larger Global Procurement and Supply Chain Organization to ensure Global Policies are aligned with the needs of both EMS and Product BusinessThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires a minimum of 7-year experience in finance, materials sourcing, commodity management or supply chain design/management or other related area.Demonstrates expert functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills. Demonstrates detailed expertise in very complex functional/technical area or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areas; understands the strategic impact of the function across sites.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
