Supply Chain Manager

On behalf of our client, a European company leader in the manufacturing industry, we are currently looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead and manage on-time, on-quality, on-cost fulfilment of raw materials and finished products matching customer requirements.Key Responsibilities and Activities:Guarantee perfect flow of material supplying by using SAP. From creation of process orders to the delivery of finished goods to customers.Define purchase orders by checking of forecast and related information. Ensure lead time and orders level to be in line with sales demand.Check, monitor and keep under company targets the stock level of finish goods and raw materials.Coordinate and keep under control bonded warehouse procedures.Control and guarantee perfect managing of VAT and NON-VAT material in agreement with import and export procedures.Promote training of SC operators.Organize scheduling and related SC activities in way to optimize existent production flow.Promote kaizen discipline and methods in SC and logistic activities.Review and challenge order policy, such as Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), lead times, safety stock, and Economic Batch Quantity.Manages Bill of Material (BOM) accuracy to ensure correct and timely use of components.Evaluates impact of feature activity and other demand fluctuations on the material.Collaborating with other departments for data requirements to fulfill specific targets.Contact and negotiate with subcontractors the supply terms for material to be manufacturedExperience and Skills:Previous experience in Supply Chain or Production functions in a manufacturing environment preferred.Good knowledge of SAP (preferred).Good knowledge of MS Suite.Good knowledge of English, Chinese and ItalianAble to retrieve information quickly and efficiently.Able to manage and complete multiple tasks accurately and by deadline.Good communication skills.Team-working attitude.Detail-oriented personality.
