Position Title: Business Operations Analyst2/2025 – 06/22/2026Schedule: Full-time | Hybrid (2 days onsite) | Weekend and holiday coverage requiredPosition OverviewThe Network Operations Analyst will play a key role in monitoring network performance, managing disruptions, and ensuring operational stability across the last-mile delivery network. This role involves daily use of Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Tableau to analyze data, identify root causes, drive corrective actions, and deliver standardized reporting.The team offers mentorship, an open-door environment, and defined growth paths for professional development.Key ResponsibilitiesUtilize Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau to analyze data, monitor network metrics, and create performance reports.Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions.Partner with cross-functional teams to set expectations, communicate updates, and ensure timely resolution of escalations.Support weekend and holiday operations as part of a rotating coverage schedule.Maintain data accuracy and document operational processes to ensure repeatability and consistency.QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Tableau and SharePoint preferred.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and perform reliably under time pressure.Detail-oriented with a team-focused and proactive mindset.Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.Additional InformationTeam size: 6Expected hours: 40 per weekOvertime: None anticipatedPotential for extension beyond the initial assignment term
