As we continue growing at a fast pace, will you “Dare to Grow” with us?YOUR ROLEFacilitate and drive implementation of various site’s Operations Excellence programs, i.e. Site Classification Assessment, Kaizen, Productivity Improvement, Performance Management etc.In liaison with the site team and site management team, perform as catalyst across operations for performance improvement at projects along with process change. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?Mentor/coach employees in Lean, Business Excellence & Six Sigma concept and knowledgeIdentify value stream waste, coach and drive LEAN principle and methodologies for waste eliminations.Run various continuous improvement projects, rapid problem-solving exercises and other learning events.Provide support and assistance to sites/operations/departments with the knowledge of Operations Excellence requirements and promote company initiativesResponsible for Country Lean ReportingTo maintain and control documents based on CEVA Quality Management System (ISO9001 & AS9120)Learn & Understand the Customer's Warehouse Management SystemsAble to do extensive Data Analysis to understand the trends and provide recommendations on Budgets, Head Count requirements, Volume etcIndependently lead a group of staff to execute key improvement projects of Productivity, Cost and Quality to support Business Goals & Objectives.Display Continuous Improvement project leadership to ensure improvement projects / plans are implemented in a timely manner, well documented, presenting updates and outcomes of improvement initiatives and related activities.Work closely with operations to develop and deliver opportunities for improvements, with an action / strategic deployment plans.Pro-actively work with site in promoting continuous improvement (Kaizen) cultures across the operations; deliver Kaizen training & workshop, review & coach site on quality Kaizen, identify key Kaizen projects impacting business performanceWork closely with site on Site Classification Assessment (SCA) deployment; develop and execute SCA support plan as functional expert, coach LEAN metrics & tools implementation, develop assessment schedule & conduct assessments, track & monitor DIY progress and through the knowledge and experience help to develop and improve the metrics’ content.Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in LEAN / Continuous Improvement, conduct necessary trainings including LEAN games, SCA, Kaizen, structured problem solving and LEAN Introduction Training (LIT) as per LEAN plan.Provide Data Analysis insights using the latest tools like Power BI, Excel , VBA/ SQL Scripts etc.Prepare and review LEAN reports (CL KPIs, SCA, 5S, Kaizen, productivity, saving, budgeting and etc.), and ensure timely submission.Work on the SAP S4 Hana System and help in the trainings, UAT and Document creations.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Work site is based in West region of Singapore - Toh Guan Road (transportation provided)Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Process or Industrial Engineering or equivalentMinimum 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain & Logistics and Process / Industrial Engineering fieldExperience in ERP system and SAP.Experience in S4 HANA will be advantageous.Knowledge in LEAN, MS Office- Excel, Word, Power Point, VisioProficiency in Data Analysis- Excel, Power BIExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPlanning, organizing, delegation and analytical skillsStrong negotiation skills, influential and persuasive behaviorAble to work with different teams to work on changes in a timely mannerCEVA Logistics is proud to be an equal opportunity work place and an affirmative action employer.
