Order Fulfilment Specialist (Semiconductor)

Be the key customer contact, managing high-volume orders and ensuring seamless delivery coordinationYour new company My client, who supplies sensors located in Central East, is seeking an Order Fulfilment Specialist who is detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage and coordinate all order-related activities, ensuring exceptional customer service and timely fulfilment. This role is critical in supporting our customers' requirements and driving operational excellence. Reporting to the Manager, there will be a hybrid working arrangement. Your new roleBe the primary point of contact for customers on orders and delivery updates.Handle large volumes of orders with accuracy and efficiency.Collaborate with Sales and Logistics to meet customer timelines and maximise revenue.Drive process improvements and support forecasting and inventory planning.Coordinate with logistics partners for shipment and delivery management.Translate forecasts into actionable shipment and production plans.Monitor supply-demand gaps and escalate issues proactively.Validate forecasts against actual orders and chase missing purchase orders.What you'll need to succeedDiploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service and planning, preferably in the electronics industry.Knowledge of inventory management and MRP/ERP systemsProficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.Expertise in order management and forecasting.Analytical thinking and attention to detail.Ability to collaborate across functions and solve problems effectively.What you need to do now If you're keen on pursuing this exciting opportunity, please send a copy of your CV (word document) to belinder.kaur@hays.com.sg (Registration ID No. R1545727)EA Licence No.: 07C3924Company's Registration number: 200609504D
