Business Project Manager

ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate transversal projects within Affluent & Private Banking, focusing on risk and compliance initiatives.Support projects related to training development on fiscal specificities of foreign clients and improvements in responsible remote selling processes.Act as Project Manager or Business Analyst depending on project requirements.Establish and maintain project governance structures, including meetings, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.Gather, analyze, and consolidate information from multiple stakeholders to create structured training materials and project documentation.Ensure co-creation and collaboration among stakeholders to develop consensus-driven action plans.Monitor progress of transactional control projects and audit-related actions.Apply project management methodologies and tools to ensure effective delivery and coordination.Maintain close communication with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of project objectives.Skills & ExperienceMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management or business analysis.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, and tools.Understanding of finance, risk, and compliance environments.Experience working in large organizations with multiple stakeholders.Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.Creative and solution-oriented mindset.Strong team player with good listening and motivating abilities.Languages: Fluent in Dutch and French, English is a plus
