We’re proud to be experts in what we do and are looking for more brilliant people to join our team.The RoleThis position will be responsible for leading programs throughout the full development lifecycle, from bid and proposal phase through execution, qualification, and final delivery to the customer.The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to ensure alignment and on-time execution. This is a fast-paced and technically challenging environment, offering an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Project Manager who is eager to take ownership, influence across teams, and make a meaningful impact on project outcomes and overall business success.What will I be delivering?Key RequirementsLead full lifecycle execution of aerospace/defense system programs from proposal and contract award through qualification and initial deliveries.Manage project execution, including scope, schedule, cost, and technical performance to meet contractual commitments.Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), WBS, cost baselines, and resource plans.Drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Test, and Finance.Coordinate and manage product baseline evolution through design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR), integration, test readiness, qualification, and production release.Identify and mitigate program risks; implement corrective actions as needed.Ensure compliance with customer requirements, configuration control, and AS9100 quality standards.Provide concise, data-driven program status to leadership and customers.What do I need to bring with me?This role requires a strong engineering understanding, combined with proven project management expertise to drive scope, schedule, cost, and technical performance while ensuring revenue, cash flow, and margin objectives are achieved.Essential Knowledge & ExperienceProven experience managing aerospace, defense, or complex systems programs from concept through delivery.Strong understanding of systems development lifecycle and gated review processes.Experience in cost control, forecasting, risk management, and EVM principles.Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, ERP/MRP/Business Central).Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional, matrixed environmentQualifications:BEng/MEng/MSc in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or similar/equivalent discipline.Behavioral Competencies:Strong leadership and ability to influence without direct authority.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Results-driven with a bias for action.Benefits For Working At Concurrent20 days’ vacation + 7 public holidays5 sick/personal days per yearAnnual profit share bonusEmployee referral schemeFlexible Spending AccountHealth insuranceHealth Reimbursement AccountOne paid volunteering day per yearPrincipal 401K PlanYuLife wellbeing appWork EligibilityIn compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
