TCS' proactive stance on climate change and award-winning work with communities across the world have earned it a place in leading sustainability indices such as the MSCI Global Sustainability Index and the FTSE4Good Emerging Index.Role Description:• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support the PCI Discovery Project. • The BSA will play a critical role in analyzing, documenting, and defining the current and target states for card issuing and merchant acquiring systems. • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the cards and payments domain, particularly within the banking and financial services industry, and will be capable of conducting deep-dive analyses to identify compliance gaps and propose actionable solutions.• Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering and Analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements for card issuing and merchant acquiring systems.• Conduct deep-dive analysis of existing systems, processes, and integration touchpoints with core banking systems.• Current State Documentation Analyze and document the current state of card issuing, merchant acquiring, and ISD systems, including workflows, data flows, and system architecture.• Identify and document PCI compliance gaps based on the recent evaluation findings.• Target State Definition Define the target state for card issuing and merchant acquiring systems to align with PCI 4.0 compliance requirements.• Develop a roadmap for achieving the target state over a three-year timeline, including milestones and deliverables.• Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, risk, and business units, to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather input and validate findings.• Documentation and Reporting Prepare detailed documentation, including gap analysis reports, process flows, system diagrams, and compliance roadmaps.• Present findings and recommendations to project stakeholders and senior management.• Compliance Expertise Ensure all analysis and documentation align with PCI DSS 4.0 standards and internal compliance policies.Required Skill Sets:• BSA with good years of domain Expertise Strong experience in cards and payments systems, including card issuing, merchant acquiring, and payment processing.• Familiarity with PCI DSS standards, particularly PCI DSS 4.0.• Banking and Financial Services Experience with a focus on payment systems and compliance.• Ability to conduct deep-dive analyses of complex systems and processes.• Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including process flows, system diagrams, and gap analyses.• Experience working on compliance-driven projects in a time-sensitive environment.• Familiarity with integration touchpoints between card systems and core banking systems.Desired Skill Sets:• Nice-to-have CBAP / CFA / CSC certification• Big Data Hadoop, Data Lakes experienceTata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is committed to meeting the accessibility needs of all individuals in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC).
