Senior Data Scientist - Test and Experiment

We are looking for top-notch talent as we continue to build the best global analytics consulting team in the world.As a Senior Data Scientist with strong expertise in graph theory and advanced data processing to join our Supply Chain Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leveraging Python, PySpark, and graph-based approaches (preferably with NetworkX) to solve complex business problems in supply chain optimization.. You will develop efficient and accurate analytical models which mimic business decisions and incorporate those models into analytical data products and tools. You will have the opportunity to drive current and future strategy by leveraging your analytical skills as you ensure business value and communicate the results.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and manage A/B tests, multivariate tests, and holdout experiments across digital channels, products, and customer journeysPartner with engineering to set up data pipelines and instrumentation ensuring test integrity and accurate trackingDefine and validate control and treatment groups, ensuring randomization and statistical soundnessConduct post-experiment analysis using statistical and causal inference methods (e.g., t-tests, Bayesian modeling, regression discontinuity, CUPED)Quantify impact on KPIs such as conversion rate, retention, engagement, or ROICommunicate experiment results, trade-offs, and business recommendations through clear visualizations and storytellingContribute to building scalable experimentation frameworks and dashboardsAutomate experiment tracking, reporting, and governanceAdvocate for best practices in hypothesis creation, sample sizing, and significance testingWork closely with Product Managers, Marketers, Engineers, and Data Engineers to design testable initiativesEnable teams to interpret and act on test results confidentlyRequirements 8+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Analytics, or related roles.
