The OpportunityCustomer order technical and workflow knowledge used to conduct complex, thorough, and technical analysis of management systems, workflows, and requirements within Infor M3. Responsible for the understanding and documentation of these functional requirements in order to clearly identify user requirements and business processes. Acts as a change agent to support user compliance and understanding of new processes.The RoleKey stakeholder and process owner of areas within Infor M3, specifically relating to Customer Order entry and all its related supporting processes:Includes CO data retrieved from/going to external applicationsUnderstanding of sell price calculations, sell price matrices, and CO configuration across all M3 modulesActs as the subject matter expert for CO workflows, driving improvements and ensuring system integrityMeet monthly with assigned Business Unit Leaders; act as a business partner to the assigned Business UnitsInitiate and/or attend sessions to describe new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flowReview and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing customer order systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systemsContinuously analyze current order management processes and user requirements to develop solutionsRecommend modifications to Business Leaders that will improve effectiveness and increase the capability of operating systemsAssist in project feasibility studies by collecting and providing technical details and requirements, verifying system capabilities, and analyzing required modificationsDefine the application and objectives of the system(s), aligning user requirements with standard applications and identifying correct setup and/or modifications to match business needsDevelop workflows and detailed overviews related to the customer order system(s)Support IT staff, end-users, and management with errors that occur. Investigate issues, determine causes, and provide or implement fixes. Prepare and maintain tickets with the ERP provider for issues beyond the BSA’s ability to resolveWork collaboratively with other BSAs and validate changes/new processes developed by other BSAs10% travel may be requiredSome after-hours work may be requiredThe CandidateEducation: College Diploma or University Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or equivalent experience is an asset.Work Experience: 2–3 years in a business systems analyst role, preferably with a focus on customer order management or ERP systems.Ideal for candidates with existing Infor M3 CO experience seeking to expand their role in system ownership and process leadership.Knowledge & SkillsBilingual in English and French (spoken and written) is an assetStrong working knowledge of ERP systems; Infor M3 experience is strongly preferredAbility to identify and integrate solutions into systems to support business needsThe CompanySince 1858, Wajax has been a leading industrial products and solutions provider continually innovating to serve Canadian industry coast-to-coast.
