Grow with us, and be a part of the Bayanihan spirit.Role Overview Monitor production activities closely, adhering strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Maintain accurate, timely records to guarantee traceability and full compliance with cGMP standards Uphold regulatory compliance and promote a safe working environment at all times Proactively suggest and support continuous improvement initiatives to boost process efficiency and product qualityQualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field Hands-on familiarity with pharmaceutical production processes Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to quickly identify anomalies or deviations Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach Ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentsWe are committed to providing our employees with the best possible experience.
