Front End Developer

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Back End Developer located in Metro Manila with some work-from-home options.The Front End Developer will be responsible for the following entities:Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive, user-friendly, and scalable web applications.Collaborate with the project manager and designer to ensure timely development, testing, and deployment of projects.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.Convert UI/UX wireframes and mockups into fully functional, interactive web pages and components.Develop and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and database integrations.Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and adherence to security standards.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize both front-end and back-end performance issues.Prepare documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer upon project completion.Minimum QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with proven experience).Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer handling both front-end and back-end development.Previous experience in project-based or freelance web development is an advantage.Technical SkillsStrong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.Experience with back-end development using languages such as PHP, Python, or Node.js.Familiarity with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Relume) is an advantage.Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web security principles.Undertanding of CSM Tools, Wordpress and Figma.Other CompetenciesExcellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.Proven ability to deliver projects on time with minimal supervision.Adaptable to changing project requirements and deadlines.Strong communication and collaboration skills for both remote and on-site work.Availability for the entire project duration and flexibility to adapt to project needs.Experience in contractual or project-based work is an advantage.Amenable to work in a hybrid setup.
