Join our dynamic team as a Call Center Associate, where you will play a vital role in delivering excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.Respond to inquiries related to operations, logistics, billing, and services.Record and track customer interactions, complaints, and requests.Follow up to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs.Represent the company’s brand values through ethical and professional service.Qualifications & Skills:Successfully completed GCE Advanced Level (A/L).Prior experience in a call center, helpdesk, or customer service role will be an advantage.Excellent communication and active listening skills.Language fluency in Sinhala, English and Tamil will be an advantage.Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.Strong computer literacy and data entry skills.A customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.Interested candidates are invited to send their CVs to cv@jobmasters.lk with the subject line “Application – Associate Call Center”
