This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, speaks excellent English (C1/C2), and can represent our brand with professionalism —both over the phone and in person.You’ll play a key role in expanding our client network through cold calling while also managing front desk responsibilities such as greeting visitors and delivering outstanding first impressions at our office.Key Responsibilities - Call OutreachMake cold calls to potential B2B clients and partners.Keep detailed records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.Work closely with the sales team to qualify and escalate high-potential leads.Reception & Office CoordinationGreet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.Announce guest arrivals and guide them accordingly.Handle incoming phone calls, messages, and deliveries.RequirementsFluent English (C1/C2) — essential for communication and guest reception.Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or client outreach.At least 1 year in a receptionist or front desk role.Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Confident, proactive, and friendly phone presence.Comfortable using CRM platforms and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.Highly organized with sharp attention to detail.Bonus PointsExperience in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail.Familiarity with sales techniques or client relationship tools.📩 How to ApplySend your resume: humanresources@qargocoffee.com
