Call Centre Sales Agent Position (International Call Centre)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Centre Sales Agent based in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area. The responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The agent will also handle insurance-related inquiries, resolve customer concerns, and participate in training sessions to continually improve performance and skill sets. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with customers and resolve their needs professionally.Proficiency in Sales and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets through persuasive and customer-driven approaches.Experience or knowledge in Insurance processes is highly desirable for addressing industry-specific client requirements.Willingness to participate in Training programs to refine skills and stay updated on best practices and product knowledge.Proven problem-solving and time-management capabilities.High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in relevant fields are advantageous.
