Our FS practice provides consulting services to banks, fintech companies, insurance firms, microfinance institutions, and payment services in the Central Asia and Caucasus region. We focus on areas such as strategy and digital transformation, corporate venture and M&A, fintech solutions and product development, customer service and CRM, ALM and risk management.As part of FS practice, we are now looking for a Capital Markets Head to spearhead this critical area and drive impactful projects in the financial sector. We operate transparently, with clear rules, simple processes, and respect for time.How You Will ContributeFull accountability for the entire deal lifecycle: from mandate acquisition to closure.Structuring mandates: developing investment theses, preparing investor materials, DD plans, and deal roadmaps.Structuring and securing financing: bilateral and syndicated loans, bond issues (including exchange programs), subordinated and hybrid instruments, M&A transactions, IPOs, and, if necessary, Islamic finance instruments and export credit agency programs.Investor marketing: creating shortlists of investors and creditors, organizing meetings/roadshows, and managing Q&A until terms are issued.Documentation and negotiations: drafting and agreeing on term sheets, covenant packages, coordinating with legal advisors, and ensuring conditions are met before closing.Market infrastructure interaction: preparing rating requests, liaising with exchanges and central depositories, and addressing listing and clearing issues.Compliance and disclosure: ensuring accurate and timely information publication, KYC/AML procedures, and sanctions checks.Project team management: defining schedules, roles, and responsibilities, ensuring material quality, and mentoring analysts.QualificationsDeep understanding of investment banking, capital markets, and debt/equity financing.Expertise in structuring complex deals and managing processes to closure.Strong skills in attracting investors and preparing high-quality materials (presentations, teasers, information memorandums).Extensive professional network: banks, funds, development institutions, family offices, and rating agencies.Knowledge of disclosure procedures, KYC/AML, and compliance requirements.Experience working with exchanges, central depositories, and rating agencies.Independently manage 2–3 parallel deals or projects, making decisions within the approved mandate.Personally draft and edit key documents (memorandums, presentations) and review financial models.Confidently engage with senior executives and investment committees; lead negotiations.Willingness to travel within the region; working languages are Russian and English.Experience10+ years in investment banking consulting, international banks, funds, or corporate treasury.Proven track record in deals such as bond issuances, syndicated loans, IPOs, and/or M&A transactions.Active working relationships with development banks, investment funds, and international institutions.Experience working with investors from Europe, the Gulf, Asia, and the US.Your journey at A&MWe recognize that our people are the driving force behind our success, which is why we prioritize an employee experience that fosters each person’s unique professional and personal development.
