We need someone who has demonstrated experience managing distributed sales teams, building motivation systems, and onboarding new teams.ResponsibilitiesBuild and grow a network of investment consultantsDevelop and implement consultant KPIs and incentive programsDesign onboarding, mentorship, and training systemsDraft and maintain relevant policies, guidelines, and standardsOrganize ongoing training for consultantsPlan and run team-building activitiesRequirementsHigher education in management, business, finance, or economicsWillingness to work for equity or a share in the businessBased in Kazakhstan (ideally Almaty)10+ years of B2B sales experience, particularly in building partner or agent networksProven success managing distributed teams and launching sales operations from scratchTrack record of complex negotiationsFluent Russian language;Fluent Kazakh language is a plus.What We OfferRemote workShare in the business and official partnership agreement (no fixed salary)Opportunity to build a vast consultant network from the ground up — up to 600 in Kazakhstan and 2,000 across the CISSend your CVs to hr@itimas-invest.com or apply via LinkedIn.
