Career Counselor

The Career Counselor and Wellbeing Coordinator will be reporting to the Principal and VP directly, holding a Degree in Education, preferably Education master's degree. Experienced with career/ college advising; experienced in developing wellbeing initiatives; with 2-5 minimum years of experience. 1. Career and College Counseling Guide students in identifying their interests, strengths, and career goalsProvide individual and group counseling on college, university, and vocational pathwaysSupport students in preparing university applications, resumes, essays, and interviewsMaintain up-to-date information on global higher education opportunities and requirementsOrganize and lead career fairs, university visits, and information sessions for students and parentsTrack student outcomes and maintain a database of alumni university placements 2. Wellbeing and Social-Emotional Support Coordinate the school’s wellbeing and mental health initiatives across grade levelsCollaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to promote a positive and supportive school environmentMonitor and report on student wellbeing trends to inform school policy and practicesLead the Wellbeing Committee or equivalent team to ensure school-wide consistency in wellbeing practices
