We have an exciting opportunity to join Yoplait Ireland Sales team as a Category, Customer, Consumer Manager reporting into Head of Sales for Ireland. While helping to drive performance of Yoplait products within multiple Irish customers you will gain valuable experience in collaboration, sales & category as well as exposure to other aspects of the business (sales, marking and supply chain).Position Overview We have an exciting opportunity to join Yoplait Ireland Sales team as a Category, Customer, Consumer Manager reporting into Head of Sales for Ireland. An entrepreneurial spirit and learning mindset will be critical to succeed in a 'start-up like' and highly autonomous environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCATEGORY: Develop Category Insights for Customer and Yoplait- Engaging customer directly on customer & category plans i.e. planograms (Top 3 retailers)- Provide external insight on competitors, listing, delisting & space opportunitiesCUSTOMER: Is our Market Data Leader- Data management of all sources - Provide internal insight on competitors and listing / delisting opportunities - Track all Yoplait and competitor publicly available pricing and promotional plans - For development and integration, opportunity to directly manage a customer SHOPPER: Delivers Shopper Plans in Store- Works with the National Account Manger & Marketing Manager - Support Marketing Manager on bringing brand comms to life in store - Lead shopper project on competition understanding - Assists Marketing Manager on NPD insight, building trade story Position Criteria - Strong analytical skills - Strong continuous improvement mindset - Proactive approach and able to work autonomously but with a collaborative approach to teamwork. - Strong computer skills (Microsoft office package) - Experience in the food industry (desirable) Benefits - Family-Friendly Policies - Generous matching pension scheme (Zurich) - Company paid Private Medical Insurance for you and your family (Laya Healthcare) - Life Assurance - 25 days of annual leave + Bank Holidays - Long Service Scheme (1 additional day off per year from Year 2 until reaching 30 days) - Buying/ Selling/ Carry over scheme
