Job Description: As an Inside Sales / Sales Executive, you will play a key role for a growing provider of electrical services and renewable energy installations, including solar PV systems. You'll handle inbound enquiries generated through the company's website and reach out directly to potential customers to help them choose the best service for their needs. Responsibilities:Receive and manage incoming online leads, following up promptly and professionally.Convert inbound enquiries into paying clients through clear, consultative communication.Provide accurate information on electrical services and renewable/PV solutions.Build strong relationships through daily client interactions and follow-up calls.Keep organised records of conversations, quotes, and next steps. About You:Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with customers every day.Experience as an Inside Sales / Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.Knowledge of renewable energy or PV systems (or strong willingness to learn).Target-driven with a proactive approach to outreach and follow-up.Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
