Job DescriptionDrive and manage Cross Border performance and business growth across multiple categories in the PhilippinesWork with various stakeholders to develop and implement the growth strategy for the categories, including the Seller Management Teams (based in China/Korea, etc), Cross Border Regional Function teams, and local teams (such as Marketing, Business Development, Operations) Strategically plan, develop, execute, and review seller programs, initiatives, promotion strategies, and campaigns to drive performance of top brands and top sellers in the managed categories Continuously analyze the internal and external environment to ensure that Cross Border sellers remain highly competitive vis-a-vis the marketResponsible for growing the Cross Border Mall business by acquiring and onboarding big Chinese brands through close cooperation with Seller Management Teams Identify, establish, and execute growth strategic partnerships with Chinese sellers With excellent project management skills and end-to-end processing and execution Collaborate and coordinate with local and regional stakeholders and business partners which includes effective communication of expectations, plans, and adjustment of managed projectsManage performance and drive competitive advantage of overseas sellers in assigned categoriesMonitor trends and analyze seller performance and profitability - generate actionable insights to develop category initiatives aligned with company goals and objectivesCoordinate with both local and cross-border teams to ensure optimal resource allocation - leverage available internal resources to drive campaign performance of overseas sellersAct as point of contact for any operational issues of cross-border shops in assigned categoriesPerform ad-hoc analyses related to assigned categories as requiredManage relevant monthly/weekly/biweekly reportsRequirementsMust be proficient in Mandarin (verbal and written) to liaise and communicate with mandarin-speaking sellers and other stakeholdersGood communication skills and command of the English language (verbal and written)Has at least five years of work experience, consulting experiences will be an added advantagePreferably with background in Ecommerce Has relevant experience in key accounts / brands management; Electronics or FMCG experience is preferred, but not requiredHigh Level Proficiency in Powerpoint/Google Deck and Excel / Google SheetsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsData-driven mindset and solid business acumen (good understanding of growth and profitability)Able to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment to drive key
