About the jobWe’re Hiring: Junior Change Management AnalystLocation - Adelaide, SAWe are looking for an experienced Junior Change Management Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset to help us build and maintain scalable data solutions.Your new roleReporting to the Change Manager, you’ll support the delivery of organisational change across two high-impact projects as well as other initiatives. This is a hands-on role where you’ll partner closely with a senior leader to help shape and execute change strategies, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities.You’ll contribute to short-term wins like finalising performance development plans, consulting on hybrid work arrangements, and supporting ICT strategy administration. Longer term, you’ll gain exposure to impact assessments, communications planning, and leadership development initiatives.
