We are a full member of the National Intelligence Community, a Department of Home Affairs portfolio agency, and a member of the Five Eyes Law Enforcement Group.About the RoleThe ACIC is seeking to engage a number of Business Change Managers to support the delivery of expected projects and initiatives across the agency. These resources are required in order for the agency to successfully deliver projects in a timely manner and ensure ongoing alignment with current strategic objectives and future strategic directions.The key duties and responsibilities of the Business Change Managers include:Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plansDesign and delivery communications, training, and stakeholder engagement initiativesConduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to guide business unitsMonitor and report on adoption, benefits realisation, and performance outcomesProvide expert advice on change management methodologies and best practicesIdentify risks and develop mitigation and treatment plans to support business continuityWork collaboratively with project teams, executives, and stakeholders to align change effortsDevelop and execute communication strategies using digital adoption toolsLead change readiness assessments and provide actionable insightsMentor and coach staff, fostering a culture of adaptability and learningMaintain documentation and records in line with organisational standardsSupport the Change Management Practice of the agency including knowledge transfer to staff and other contributions to practice building.Essential Criteria:Demonstrated experience in delivering end-to-end change management within complex environmentsDemonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and communication planningExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levelsStrong understanding and experience applying change frameworks (e.g. PROSCI, ADKAR, or similar)Demonstrated success driving organisational adoption of new systems and processesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skillsDesirable Criteria:Demonstrated knowledge or experience working on projects within an Intelligence operating environmentExperience working within a small to medium sized Federal Government agencyExperience working with benefits management and providing adviceCompany DescriptionArctic Fox has been a specialist in recruiting project experts since 2015, empowering organizations to embrace change and deliver successful outcomes.
