Selection of dealer to ensure best in class customer experienceRegular audit to ensure upkeep and maintenance of display and showroomUpgrade display and showroom as and when requiredCalling on online CC leads for dealership enquiriesMaintain all calling records with dedicated remarks and follow-up.Should be able to understand the organisation requirements relating to expansion on dealers where and whenWork with sales team and supporting teams for getting the right track of delivering the quality leadsArrange trainings for DSE and keeping close contact with all the DSE's for any kind of requirements and trainingSending email to all the stakeholders regarding all the updates and ongoing activitiesSupport department head in implementing key learnings and initiatives-Dealer Selection process- Dealer onboarding process- Dealer performance scoring and matrix- ExitShowroom execution within the stipulated timeline & Budget- Planning, monitoring & course correction when required.*Female candidates preferred*
