We empower our partners in Hong Kong and Macau with cutting-edge solutions and the technical expertise required to excel in today’s evolving threat landscape.Role DescriptionThe Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for building and managing a robust ecosystem of resellers, system integrators (SIs), and service providers. The mission is to drive revenue growth for HansTech’s portfolio by enabling partners to successfully position our Cybersecurity and AI solutions, alongside our specialized training and service offerings.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Recruitment & Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners (VARs, SIs, and MSPs) across Hong Kong and Macau.Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets.Cybersecurity & AI Evangelism: Act as a subject matter expert, assisting partners in identifying opportunities and positioning HansTech’s AI-driven security solutions.Service & Training Integration: Promote HansTech’s professional services and certified training programs as value-add components to partner proposals.Enablement & Training: Conduct regular product updates, sales workshops, and "lunch-and-learn" sessions to ensure partner sales teams are fully equipped.Pipeline & Forecast Management: Maintain an accurate sales funnel via CRM, providing weekly forecasts and market intelligence to the management team.Market Presence: Organize and represent HansTech at industry events, webinars, and partner roundtables to enhance brand visibility.QualificationsExperience: 3–5+ years of experience in Channel Sales or Account Management within the ICT/IT distribution sector.Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Cybersecurity landscape (e.g., Endpoint, Network, Cloud Security) and/or AI/Machine Learning applications in enterprise environments.Network: An existing network of active resellers and system integrators in the Hong Kong and Macau region is highly preferred.Skills: Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate with C-level executives (CIOs/CISOs).Language: Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential for managing regional stakeholders.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.Why Join HansTech?Opportunity to work at the forefront of the AI and Cybersecurity revolution.Competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential.Dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment.
