A leading B2B International Student Recruitment Company looking for a CEO to drive and provide strategic leadership and direction for the company, ensuring its long-term success and growth. Job DescriptionPosition: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)Department: Executive ManagementLevel: Executive Employment Type: Full Time Report to: Board of Directors Strategic Leadership and Business DevelopmentDevelop and implement the company’s long‑term strategic roadmap in alignment with its vision, mission, and objectives.Identify and evaluate new market trends, expansion opportunities, and potential partnerships with foreign education providers and student recruitment agents.Identify and evaluate new market trends, expansion opportunities, and potential partnerships with service providers like language proficiency test providers, admission test providers, Insurance providers, accommodation providers, health service providers, payment service providers, banking and financial institutions etc. Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with stakeholders, including foreign education providers, student recruitment agents, test providers, banking institutions, and regulatory authorities. Operation Management Maintain overall accountability for the company’s operational efficiency across its admission and compliance, business development (international partnership and associate development), technology & innovation, account & finance, and admin & HR departments. Lead optimization of student recruitment service to various study destinations, ensuring seamless process of student recruitment (From country, course and institution choice to visa application and post visa services).Ensure operational policies, quality controls, and best practices are implemented across departments for sustainable and cost‑effective student recruitment service. Financial ManagementMaintain robust oversight of the company’s financial health and profitability.Lead corporate planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.Leverage deep knowledge of account and finance, manage and apprise financial performance, and risk assessment to guide the company towards long‑term financial stability and growth.People Management and CultureDevelop, lead and mentor the management team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, integrity, and excellence.Develop succession planning and talent management strategies, nurturing future leaders within the company. Maintain an environment that promotes staff engagement, productivity, and long‑term retention.Compliance and GovernanceEnsure the company operates within its legal, ethical, and regulatory obligations, aligning with best practices and statutory requirements of international student recruitment sector.Maintain corporate governance standards, oversee risk assessments, and implement mitigation measures where required.External Stakeholder EngagementMaintain constructive and trustworthy relationships with external stakeholders, including test providers, banks, insurance providers, accommodation & travel service providers, regulatory authorities, and the wider business community.Represent the company in meetings, seminars, and events, acting as its voice and public face.Job SpecificationEducationPreferred, a master’s degree in business administration, alternatively a master’s degree in any related discipline like English, Engineering, Economics, Education etc. Experience·      At least 10 years of experience in international student recruitment sector, preferred with multi destination student recruitment experience. ·      A minimum of 5 years in a senior managerial or leadership role (such as Managing Director, COO, or CEO) in an international student recruitment company.·      Prior experience in B2B international student recruitment company is highly preferred. ·      Strong background in building relationship with international education providers and student recruitment agents, and experience in managing international student recruitment team.  ·      Counselor certified (ICEF/CCEA/PIER/QEAC etc)  Knowledge & Skills:·      In depth understanding of international student recruitment sector and its environments·      Strong knowledge about process involved in foreign college/university enrollment, visa application and post visa services ·      Strong expertise in international student recruitment, its process and system design and implementation·      Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven record of nurturing long-term relationship with education providers, student recruitment agents, other stakeholders and regulatory authorities.·      Strong business acumen and financial management skills. ·      Strong analytical, problem solving and strategic decision-making abilities. ·      Profound understanding of corporate governance, statutory compliance, risk mitigation practices and ethical practices in international student recruitment sector ·      Skilled in management team building, motivating, mentoring, and leading them towards achieving company objectives.·      Visionary mindset combined with practical experience in implementing operational excellence and performance metrics.
