Position Overview: E-jobs Nepal is looking for an ambitious and confident Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in handling international clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our global partnerships, promoting recruitment and staffing services, and maintaining strong communication with clients across different countries. This role requires exceptional English communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to represent the company professionally on an international level.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new international business opportunities in recruitment and staffing.Focus initially on expanding business in the UK and Europe, with a long-term goal of increasing the company’s presence worldwide.Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and partners.Communicate effectively with clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings to understand their hiring needs.Present E-jobs Nepal and its group companies’ recruitment solutions (AESN Recruitment, MEL Recruitment, AESN Care, etc.) in a professional and persuasive manner.Manage and coordinate business development activities across multiple companies under the E-jobs Nepal / AESN Group, ensuring consistent service delivery and brand representation.Prepare customized business proposals, quotations, and service agreements for various business units based on client requirements.Collaborate with internal teams across all sister companies to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.Conduct international market research, especially in the UK and European markets, to identify potential sectors, regions, and key business opportunities for all group companies.Achieve sales and business development targets for assigned international regions and support global expansion plans.Maintain accurate records of communications, leads, pipelines, and progress using CRM or internal systems for each business unit.Participate in online networking, international meetings, and collaboration events representing one or more companies as required.Ensure effective cross-company coordination and alignment between client needs and the services offered by different entities under the AESN Group.Key RequirementsMasters/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or client management within the recruitment or HR services industry.Proven experience dealing with international clients (e.g., UK, Gulf, Europe, or other global markets).Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, able to communicate fluently and confidently.Strong presentation, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills.Good understanding of international recruitment trends and workforce solutions.Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working under minimal supervision.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience and performance.Attractive commissions and incentive structure.International exposure and professional growth opportunities.Supportive and collaborative work environment.
