Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu for a Front Office Executive. The responsibilities include managing receptionist duties, greeting and assisting guests, maintaining records, and managing reservations. The role also entails addressing customer inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining smooth front office operations. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in receptionist duties and front office operationsExperience in customer service and guest relationsAbility to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environmentProfessional demeanor and excellent problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in using front office management software is a plusFluency in English and local languages; additional languages are an advantageBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience
