Now we’re at an inflection point - and need to build the growth function that defines the next stage.The RoleAs Chief Growth Officer, you will define and own the entire growth engine at Materials Market. This is a true executive leadership role, reporting to the CEO and shaping company strategy.You will be accountable for sustainable revenue growth - overseeing acquisition, activation and retention - and ensuring we balance short-term revenue performance with long-term brand equity and customer lifetime value.You will sit on the senior leadership team, working directly with the founders and board, and will play a central role in defining how Materials Market wins its category.ResponsibilitiesDefine and evolve Materials Market’s brand positioning across all customer touchpointsMove beyond pure performance marketing into brand, content, PR and creative campaignsOwn lifecycle marketing, CRM and retention systemsDesign and optimise end-to-end customer journeysSet the creative bar across campaigns, web, ads and emailLead go-to-market strategy for new products and growth initiativesWork cross-functionally with Product, Operations and AnalyticsBuild and develop the growth team over timeThis is a hands-on leadership role.
