Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across preservation, packaging, and distribution units. Build and optimize internal systems and structures for operational efficiency. Implement performance metrics (KPIs) to enhance productivity and accountability. Lead AI-driven operational improvements through analytics and automation. Develop and execute growth strategies that drive revenue and market share. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization. Build and lead a high-performance team and foster a culture of agility and innovation. Use data-driven insights and AI tools to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Requirements 5+ years of progressive leadership experience with proven success in operations or business growth roles. Experience working in fast-paced or scaling companies (preferably in food, FMCG, or tech-driven sectors). Strong understanding of business growth levers, process optimization, and financial management. Track record of driving measurable operational improvements and business expansion. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (required). Master’s degree or MBA (preferred). AI-savvy, with strong interest in applying automation and data analytics to business operations. Strategic and analytical thinker with strong execution discipline.
