Job Description

· Identify and onboard new customers, merchants, and partners to use HitchPay’s products and services.· Promote HitchPay’s payment solutions to individuals and businesses through direct marketing and field sales.· Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.· Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, and performance goals.· Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for potential clients.· Gather market intelligence and feedback to help improve products and sales strategies.· Represent HitchPay professionally at events, activations, and marketing campaigns.· Submit regular reports on leads, conversions, and field activities.Requirements Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition (experience in fintech or financial services is an added advantage). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
