Job Description

Sales Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to guide decision-making. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, merchants, and stakeholders. Marketing Management: Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling marketing content and product positioning. Oversee digital marketing, social media, and advertising activities to maximize ROI. Manage brand communications, public relations, and event marketing initiatives. Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies. Strategic Leadership: Work with the executive team to align sales and marketing strategies with organizational goals. Develop go-to-market plans for new products, features, and market expansions. Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports for management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage). 3–5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in fintech, banking, or technology sectors. Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive measurable results. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Proficiency in CRM, digital marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite). Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
