City has active housing developments and an expanding industrial base within the Rose Hill Industrial Park.Rose Hill is governed by Mayor/Council/Administrator form of government. City Administrator is appointed by the Mayor with Council consent. Administrator is responsible for overall day-to-day management of the city and is expected to assist in policy development.The ideal candidate will have served successfully in local government in an administrative and supervisory capacity for at least three years.
