We are looking for a Claims Reporting and Health Analytics Assistant Manager to join our team in Indonesia.Aon is in the business of better decisionsAt Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.The role will be responsible for ensuring that proper claims and administration services, the management, handling and all claims and administration related matters meet and align with the business KPIs.The role deliverables will be based around, but not limited to: Claims Reporting, Data Analyst and Aon Analytic tool implementation and initiatives.Role ResponsibilitiesPrepare claims report for designated client and others as assigned.Review claims report provided by the insurance provider.Present and provide periodic claims report to client’s HR team.Review and monitor SLA claim reporting.Evaluate client health and perform analysis.Assign project champion related to Aon analytic tools and continuous improvement to operational efficiency.Assisting HS team to automate hands-on task for effectiveness and manual operation.Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.Role RequirementsDemonstrated experience in a similar function.People management experience.Excel: Advanced spreadsheet skills for data manipulation and basic analytics.SQL: Ability to query and extract data from relational databases.Data Visualization Tools: Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools for creating dashboards and visual reports.How We Support Our ColleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
