Furthermore, you will be responsible to partake in different store related activities like VM maintenance, replenishment, inventory management, and team building activities.ResponsibilitiesSupport clients on shop floor and via online selling channels (e.g. WhatsApp)Client acquisition and relationship building to drive loyaltyManaging and maintaining your client databaseAchieve monthly individual sales target and store targetEngaging in one to one private appointments with clientsUse effective selling techniques, e.g. up-selling and cross-selling, to maximise business potentialEngage new clients and build a database using social media and digital selling techniquesEngage in after sales activities to follow up with store clientsEngage in daily store related operations (shop floor maintenance, etc.)Inventory management & stock ownershipContribute to building a positive working climate and a team founded on sharing information and best practicesQualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsEnglish fluency is a must, and other languages like /Russian are a plusPrevious experience in sales within a fashion and luxury environment is mandatoryStrong and rich client database within luxury and fashion segment is an advantageExperience in clienteling using different social media platforms (Instagram, Whatsapp, Snap Chat, etc.) is an advantageSensitivity towards the product & product knowledgeGood knowledge of market and fashion trendsGoal and task oriented achieverPredisposition for assisted sales and team workGood listener and curiousProactive and highly motivated📩 Apply now and join one of the UAE’s most established luxury retail groups.
