About the Opportunity:The organization provides a CRM and AI Agent Platform that helps colleges and universities enhance student recruitment and success through AI, student behavior data, and marketing automation. The Client Onboarding Specialist role is responsible for ensuring new clients successfully transition onto the platform, acting as a key partner from contract signing to platform adoption.Responsibilities:• Manage the onboarding journey for a portfolio of 5-16 new clients, overseeing the process from kickoff to launch• Serve as the primary point of contact, coordinating 10-14 week implementation timelines and ensuring milestones are achieved• Lead tailored virtual sessions to train and empower client teams on AI-driven best practices and platform features• Promote early feature adoption and maximize platform value for clients• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Platform Adoption teams to manage client expectations and escalations• Ensure a smooth handover to internal teams post-launch• Continuously improve onboarding processes by updating documentation, templates, and resources to enhance efficiency and client experienceRequirements:• 3-5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, client onboarding, project management, or technical support (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience)• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, logical, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects in parallel• Excellent communication and teaching skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts, especially related to data configuration and analytics• Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on anticipating and resolving client challenges• Familiarity with data analytics and configuration• Direct experience in higher education (admissions, recruiting, or marketing) is a plusBenefits & Perks:• Remote-first work culture (work from home anywhere in the US)• Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, and more• 4% 401(k) match (after 3 months of employment)• Paid parental leave• 20 days PTO plus 10 company holidaysNote:RemoteHunter is not the Employer of Record (EOR) for this role.
